Thoughtfully sourced from farms focused on quality and sustainable ecosystem, via like-minded importers, our beans come from all around the world: Central and South America, Indonesia and Ethiopia.

About El Condor
As the hospitality people that we are at core, for us El Condor was born almost as a necessity to try and redefine what everyday luxury means, especially in a post-Covid 19 world. Coffee and cafes felt like the ideal vehicles to do that.
Our West Village location was the first physical expression of the brand, and we’re working toward launching a new flagship in 2026. We are also focusing on retail and wholesale, bringing our coffees and hospitality approach to more partners and clients.
Ultimately our goal is to build the most intentional, virtuous and recognized coffee company in the world.
